If you’re a pet owner, then you know how important it is to keep up with your furry friend’s life stories. I get to do this every day as I photograph pets for families in the Twin Cities. It’s so fun to see all of their different looks and personalities.
Family Portraits are one of my favorite things to do.
Pet Photographer Minneapolis are one of my favorite things to do. It’s a chance for everyone to get dressed up and take pictures in a studio, which can be great fun for kids! If you have young kids, it’s also a great opportunity for them to feel like they’re part of the action (and not just watching from behind). When we did our family photo shoot at the studio, we had some props that were perfect for our two little ones:
- A basket full of balloons
- A big bag filled with stuffed animals
At first glance this may seem like an unusual combination; after all, balloons aren’t exactly realistic looking animals. But once the photographer started blowing them up into various shapes–a lion here; an elephant there; even an octopus!–it became clear that they could serve as stand-ins for real wildlife photos later on down the line when those moments occur naturally around us during everyday life.*
My family is pretty big, and they’re all really close.
The word “family” can be used to describe many things. It’s a group of people who are related by blood or marriage, it’s what you call your parents and siblings, and it can also be used as a synonym for “home.”
But what does the word mean to you? For me, family means something very special: it’s a source of support and love that keeps me grounded in both good times and bad–and I’m lucky enough to have two families! My husband and I live together with our cat Oscar (who has his own Instagram account). He is one of my biggest supporters when doing anything creative or trying out new things; he’ll always be there cheering me on from his perch on top of my computer monitor or sitting quietly next to me while I work at my desk during stressful times in our lives together.
My dog is way more of a people person than I am.
My dog is way more of a people person than I am. He’s always been really good at posing for pictures, and I think that’s because he loves to listen to people. He’s also very patient and will sit still as long as it takes for someone to take their photo with him.
My dog has a lot of different looks depending on who’s around.
My dog is very social, friendly and playful. He has a lot of different looks depending on who’s around.
When we are out with our friends or family he’s all about the love. He loves to lick their faces and jump up on them for attention. He’s such a great listener when they talk about their day too!
But when we are home alone together it’s another story entirely…he gets quite mischievous at times! He likes to sneak into my bedroom closet when I’m not looking and hide various things from my clothesline (like socks) under his bed until I notice them missing then run away giggling like crazy when I yell at him for it 🙂
You can never have too many pictures of your dog!
When it comes to your pet, you can never have too many pictures. Whether it’s a photo of them being cute or doing something funny, they help you remember the fun times you had together.
You’ll look back on these photos and smile every time. If you’re like most dog owners, your pooch has been with you through thick and thin–and those memories will never go away!
